What does the recruitment process look like?

Our recruitment process involves a minimum of two interview stages for all positions. After reviewing your CV, we decide to either proceed with an initial 'Screening Interview' or opt to bypass your application. Please understand that while we aim for transparency, we may not provide feedback on CVs that don't align with our requirements.

I didn't get through the recruitment process the first time. Can I try again?

Definitely! Our statistics show that candidates tend to be more successful in their subsequent attempts after about six months of addressing the areas highlighted in our feedback. We prioritize providing detailed feedback after each technical interview to help you understand and work on those gaps. We encourage you to reapply when you feel ready!

How does the onboarding process look like?

Our onboarding spans two months from your start date. During this period, we thoroughly evaluate your work, offer mentorship, assist with day-to-day tasks, and immerse you in our company's operations. By the end of your onboarding, you'll have a clear and comprehensive understanding of all our processes.

What projects does Techlexity typically engage with?

Techlexity works across a diverse range of sectors including retail and marketplaces, delivery services, recruitment solutions, entertainment, healthcare, as well as fitness and wellness. We pride ourselves on our versatile expertise in these areas.

What's the typical project stack and duration at Techlexity?

Project specifics can vary widely and tend to evolve over time. Generally, our projects span from four months to a year. The tech stack we choose is based on the project's needs, potential platforms it'll support, and emerging trends. Typically, a project team comprises at least two front-end developers and one back-end developer. Essential roles also include a project manager, business analyst, team lead, and a QA engineer. While some teams might exceed 10 members, the average size is usually around 6-7 individuals.
